Functieomschrijving

In Nederland maken acht entiteiten deel uit van de zvoove Group. Deze organisaties opereren zelfstandig, maar werken vanuit een gezamenlijk belang steeds intensiever samen. Vanuit deze samenwerking is reeds de ambitie gerealiseerd om een Finance Shared Service Center (SSC) op te zetten. Deze basis wordt nu verder uitgebouwd en versterkt, waarbij financiële expertise, processen en uitvoering verder worden geprofessionaliseerd. In deze context speelt de volgende rol een sleutelpositie.

Als Senior Accounting Specialist draag je verantwoordelijkheid voor een betrouwbare, volledige en tijdige maandafsluiting van meerdere Nederlandse entiteiten die onderdeel uitmaken van de zvoove Group. Je vervult een sleutelrol binnen het accounting en control domein en rapporteert direct aan de CFO, met wie je nauw samenwerkt als inhoudelijk sparringpartner op senior niveau. Naast het borgen van de kwaliteit van de cijfers speel je ook een rol in het verder opbouwen en vormgeven van het Finance Shared Service Center (SSC), waarbij je actief bijdraagt aan het standaardiseren en professionaliseren van financiële processen. Vanuit jouw diepgaande vakkennis stuur je op consistentie, transparantie en voorspelbaarheid in de financiële verslaglegging en lever je een directe en zichtbare bijdrage aan het versterken van het financiële fundament en de bestuurbaarheid van de organisatie.

Je verantwoordelijkheden

Maandafsluiting & Reporting

  • Registreren en realiseren van maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluitingen voor meerdere entiteiten
  • Voorbereiden, beoordelen en boeken van voorzieningen, intercompany‑transacties en overige journaalposten
  • Uitvoeren van balansreconciliaties en opbouwen van volledig onderbouwde, audit‑ready closing dossiers
  • Analyseren van afwijkingen en vertalen van inzichten naar heldere toelichtingen voor management‑ en Group‑rapportages
  • Verantwoordelijk voor het tijdig en correct opstellen en indienen van btw‑aangiften
  • Bijdragen aan het opstellen en doorontwikkelen van budgetten en forecasts
  • Ondersteunen van periodieke consolidatieprocessen binnen de Group‑structuur
  • Zorgdragen voor tijdige, juiste en consistente aanlevering richting Group Reporting
  • Signaleren, bewaken en mitigeren van compliance‑ en reportingrisico’s

Kwaliteit, uniformiteit & procesverbetering

  • Uniformeren en verbeteren van closingprocessen binnen het Shared Service Center‑model
  • Versterken van balansdiscipline en interne controles
  • Opstellen en onderhouden van werkinstructies
  • Bijdragen aan verdere standaardisatie en professionalisering van Finance

Samenwerking & afstemming

  • Sparringpartner voor de CFO bij bijzondere posten en risico’s
  • Nauwe samenwerking met collega’s binnen Accounting (AR / AP)
  • Contactpersoon voor de externe accountant tijdens de jaarcontrole

Wat breng jij mee?

  • HBO-werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in Bedrijfseconomie, Accountancy of SPD
  • 5 – 10 jaar relevante ervaring binnen accounting
  • Ervaring met maandafsluitingen in een multi-entity omgeving
  • Sterke kennis van grootboekadministratie en balansreconciliaties
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, nauwkeurig en procesgericht
  • Je voelt je comfortabel in een organisatie die volop in ontwikkeling is
  • Je bent een teamplayer die collega‑accountants actief ondersteunt en begeleidt gedurende het closingproces
  • Ervaring binnen een Shared Service Center en/of met procesverbetering of systeemoptimalisatie is een pluspunt
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands, hebt een goede beheersing van Engels; Duits is mooi meegenomen
