Somos una empresa europea de software con un ERP de unos cuarenta módulos. Gestiona procesos críticos de nóminas, planificación, control horario, facturación y contabilidad.

• CAPA LEGACY: plataforma 4GL propietaria que sigue siendo la fuente de verdad funcional. No desarrollarás sobre ella en este puesto. • CAPA MODERNA: aplicación web construida con .NET 10, Blazor Server y SQL Server. Aquí es donde trabajarás.

Buscamos un perfil .NET sénior a jornada completa para desarrollar nuestro ERP con C#, .NET 10, Blazor Server y SQL Server.

Es un puesto hands-on de producto. Aprenderás la lógica de negocio del ERP y te especializarás en un área como nóminas y RR. HH., operaciones, control horario, facturación o finanzas. El objetivo es convertirlo en un puesto indefinido.

Estamos convirtiendo la plataforma moderna en un producto que el equipo pueda desarrollar directamente. Cada módulo contiene reglas, permisos, cálculos y excepciones que hay que entender antes de cambiar el código.

Buscamos un perfil sénior con criterio técnico e interés por el producto. Con el tiempo, serás la referencia de un área funcional y llevarás las funcionalidades desde el análisis hasta su seguimiento tras la release.

Responsabilidades

  • Desarrollar funcionalidades end-to-end con C#, .NET 10, Blazor Server y SQL Server
  • Aprender un área del ERP y trabajar con especialistas funcionales para entender sus procesos, reglas y casos límite
  • Convertir necesidades de negocio en soluciones mantenibles sin perder el comportamiento del que dependen los usuarios
  • Participar en discovery, refinement y decisiones de producto antes de escribir código
  • Diseñar componentes y servicios, modelar datos y escribir tests para la lógica de negocio
  • Investigar incidencias en producción y corregir su causa raíz en el código, los datos o la configuración
  • Mejorar de forma incremental la calidad, el rendimiento, la observabilidad y la mantenibilidad de la aplicación
  • Revisar código y monitorizar funcionalidades tras la release, ajustándolas según los resultados y el feedback real de usuarios

Resultados iniciales esperados

  • Conocimiento práctico de la aplicación y de los principales workflows del área asignada
  • Primeras funcionalidades desplegadas en producción con tests y seguimiento tras la release
  • Capacidad para analizar requisitos, detectar preguntas abiertas y proponer soluciones antes de implementar
  • Ownership creciente sobre un área concreta del producto y su backlog

Requisitos

Imprescindible

  • Experiencia profesional sólida con C# y .NET en aplicaciones web en producción
  • Experiencia hands-on desarrollando interfaces de usuario y lógica de aplicación con Blazor Server
  • Experiencia con SQL Server y acceso a datos desde .NET
  • Capacidad para entender y modelar reglas de negocio complejas
  • Experiencia entregando funcionalidades completas y manteniéndolas tras la release
  • Autonomía para investigar problemas, proponer opciones e implementar una solución

Se valora

  • Experiencia con ERP o áreas como nóminas y RR. HH., operaciones, planificación, control horario, facturación o finanzas
  • Experiencia con testing automatizado, observabilidad y CI/CD
  • Experiencia con aplicaciones multi-tenant, sistemas críticos o modernización de plataformas legacy
  • Interés por trabajar a largo plazo en el mismo producto y adquirir conocimiento funcional profundo
