El Puesto

Somos una empresa europea de software con un ERP de unos cuarenta módulos. Es un sistema con un uso intensivo de base de datos que gestiona procesos críticos con implicaciones legales.

• CAPA LEGACY: plataforma 4GL propietaria que sigue en producción. No trabajarás directamente sobre ella en este puesto.

• CAPA MODERNA: aplicación web construida con .NET 10 y Blazor Server, con SQL Server como base de datos. Aquí es donde trabajarás.

Buscamos un perfil .NET sénior a jornada completa para trabajar en nuestra aplicación web, con especial atención a SQL Server, la optimización y la observabilidad.

Es un puesto hands-on. Trabajarás junto al arquitecto responsable de la estrategia técnica, por lo que buscamos una persona sólida y resolutiva, aunque no tengas experiencia como arquitecto principal.

La aplicación web necesita mejorar su rendimiento, estabilidad y capacidad de diagnóstico. SQL Server interviene en muchos procesos de negocio y hay margen de mejora en las consultas, los patrones de acceso a datos, los índices, las transacciones, la concurrencia y la observabilidad.

Necesitamos a alguien capaz de investigar problemas reales de principio a fin, desde el código .NET hasta el plan de ejecución, e implementar soluciones medibles sin convertir cada cambio en un rediseño completo.

Responsabilidades

  • Analizar consultas lentas, planes de ejecución, índices, estadísticas, bloqueos, deadlocks, timeouts y consumo de recursos
  • Optimizar el acceso a datos desde .NET, incluidos la parametrización, la gestión de conexiones, las transacciones, la concurrencia y el tratamiento de errores
  • Mejorar la observabilidad de la aplicación y de SQL Server mediante logs estructurados, métricas, trazas, dashboards y alertas útiles
  • Investigar incidencias en producción y encontrar la causa raíz en el código, la base de datos o la interacción entre ambos
  • Implementar optimizaciones de forma segura, medir los resultados y evitar regresiones
  • Trabajar con el arquitecto y el resto del equipo para priorizar y ejecutar el roadmap técnico
  • Desarrollar y mantener funcionalidades de la aplicación web con C#, .NET 10 y Blazor Server

Resultados iniciales esperados

  • Conocimiento práctico de la aplicación web, sus workflows críticos y sus patrones de acceso a datos
  • Una línea base de rendimiento y observabilidad para los principales problemas de SQL Server
  • Primeras optimizaciones verificadas con métricas antes y después del cambio
  • Un backlog priorizado de mejoras en .NET, acceso a datos y SQL Server

Requisitos

Imprescindible

  • Experiencia profesional sólida con C# y .NET en aplicaciones web en producción
  • Experiencia avanzada con SQL Server, T-SQL, planes de ejecución, indexación, estadísticas y optimización de consultas
  • Capacidad para diagnosticar problemas de rendimiento, locking, blocking, deadlocks y concurrencia
  • Experiencia relacionando el comportamiento del código .NET con su impacto real en la base de datos
  • Criterio práctico para priorizar, implementar y validar mejoras en sistemas complejos

Se valora

  • Experiencia con Blazor Server y .NET 10
  • Experiencia con OpenTelemetry, Application Insights, Grafana, Datadog u otras herramientas de observabilidad
  • Experiencia con ERP, sistemas críticos o aplicaciones con un uso intensivo de base de datos
  • Conocimientos de CI/CD, testing de integración y análisis de regresiones de rendimiento
