Als Senior Software Engineer (m/w/d) verantwortest Du die technische Lieferung für ein Produkt oder einen großen, eigenständigen Feature-Bereich – von der Architektur bis zum produktiven Betrieb. Du triffst Technologieentscheidungen eigenständig und orientierst Dich dabei an dem, was unsere Kunden wirklich brauchen, nicht am Wortlaut einer Spezifikation. KI-Coding-Agents sind Dein primärer Umsetzungshebel: Du schreibst Specs, orchestrierst Agents und bewertest deren Ergebnisse kritisch.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du verantwortest die technische Lieferung Deines Produkt- oder Feature-Bereichs end-to-end, inklusive Architektur- und Technologieentscheidungen, etwa bei der Migration auf PHP 8.5 oder in die AWS-Cloud
  • Du arbeitest an zentralen Bausteinen unserer Plattform: PHP-Backend, MySQL/MariaDB, MongoDB und Kubernetes (AKS/EKS)
  • Du übersetzt Kundenanforderungen in präzise Specs, die auch Coding-Agents eindeutig umsetzen können, und hinterfragst Anforderungen, die fachlich nicht tragen
  • Du bewertest KI-generierten Output anhand von Ergebnissen und Tests und prüfst systematisch auf Inkonsistenzen, Halluzinationen und Bias
  • Du arbeitest als gleichwertiger Partner mit dem Product Builder an Lösungen und stimmst Integrationsschnittstellen mit anderen Engineering-Teams ab

Dein Profil

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Software Engineer, idealerweise mit PHP sowie relationalen und dokumentenbasierten Datenbanken (MySQL/MariaDB, MongoDB)
  • Erfahrung in der Cloud-nativen Entwicklung und mit Kubernetes (Azure AKS und/oder AWS EKS)
  • Praktische Erfahrung im Arbeiten mit KI-Coding-Agents: Du gibst Specs vor, orchestrierst Agents und reviewst deren Output
  • Die Fähigkeit, Architektur- und Technologieentscheidungen für einen größeren Verantwortungsbereich eigenständig zu treffen
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Das bringst Du idealerweise zusätzlich mit

  • Erfahrung in der Modernisierung gewachsener Softwaresysteme
  • Kenntnisse in Responsible AI und KI-Governance, z. B. rund um den EU AI Act
  • Erfahrung mit React, Angular oder Ionic/Capacitor sowie mit B2B2C-Umgebungen mit hohen Verfügbarkeitsanforderungen
