The posting

Rattaché(e) au Warehouse Manager, votre mission principale consiste à superviser et à coordonner les opérations logistiques au sein de notre entreprise. Votre rôle sera de garantir une gestion efficace et optimisée des flux de marchandises, du stockage à la distribution, tout en veillant au respect des délais et à la satisfaction des clients.

Dans cette optique, vous :

  • Supervisez les opérations quotidiennes du département logistique ;
  • Planifiez et organisez les activités de réception, de stockage, de préparation et d'expédition des marchandises ;
  • Coordonnez avec les différents services pour assurer une collaboration fluide entre les équipes ;
  • Suivez les indicateurs de performance logistique et proposer des améliorations continues ;
  • Encadrez et motivez une équipe de professionnels logistiques ;
  • Identifiez les problèmes potentiels et mettez en place des solutions adéquates pour optimiser les processus. Votre profil :
  • De formation BAC/BAC+2, idéalement dans le domaine de la logistique, vous bénéficiez d’une expérience réussie à un poste similaire. Vous êtes à l’aise avec l’outil informatique (LOGYS, SAP, Office…) ;
  • Vous êtes doté(e) d’un bon relationnel et d’une autorité naturelle, vous êtes à l’aise dans les activités de temps réel ;
  • Dynamique et rigoureux(se), vous savez être disponible pour vos collaborateurs ;
  • Vous êtes capable de prendre des décisions rapidement, vous savez être force de proposition, notamment dans une volonté d’amélioration continue ;
  • Vous avez des connaissances approfondies des opérations logistiques, des méthodes de gestion des stocks et des systèmes de suivi des expéditions ;
  • Capacité à diriger une équipe et à encourager la collaboration et l'efficacité ;
  • Vous avez des compétences en communication et en résolution de problèmes.
