Vores kunde er en veletableret nordisk producent inden for emballageløsninger til bl.a. fødevareindustrien. Med en stærk position hos en bred kreds af eksisterende kunder har virksomheden besluttet at udvide ind i nyt forretningsområde inden for fleksibel emballage, hvor kunderne allerede efterspørger løsningen. Derfor søger de nu en Business Development Manager til at drive satsningen.

Som Business Development Manager får du:

· Det samlede tekniske og kommercielle produktansvar for et nyt, strategisk prioriteret forretningsområde.

· Direkte reference til topledelsen og kort vej til beslutninger.

· Rollen som virksomhedernes spydspids og ekspert, der folder det kommercielle og tekniske potentiale ud for kunderne.

· Mulighed for at omsætte en allerede stærk kundebase til konkret vækst med fuld frihed til selv at opsøge nye kunder i markedet.

Vi forestiller os en kommerciel profil med solid teknisk viden om folier, laminater og emballageproduktion, som trives med selvstændigt at drive noget nyt op fra bunden med fuldt fagligt og kommercielt ejerskab.

Vi forventer, at du har:

· Solid erfaring med salg og forretningsudvikling inden for fleksibel emballage, folie/laminat eller lignende.

  • Praktisk, dokumenteret viden om materialer, barriereegenskaber og produktionsprocesser inden for fleksibel emballage.

· Erfaring med selv at have bygget en ny forretning, et nyt produktområde eller en ny kundegruppe op.

· Flydende dansk og engelsk i skrift og tale.
