Ihre Rolle

Wir möchten unser Partnernetzwerk in Deutschland erweitern und suchen eine unternehmerisch denkende Persönlichkeit, die unsere Klienten auf Augenhöhe berät und den Anspruch hat, etwas Eigenes aufzubauen.

– Sie beraten Eigentümer, Aufsichtsräte und Geschäftsführungen bei der Besetzung von Schlüssel- und Führungspositionen.

– Sie bauen Ihren eigenen Klientenkreis auf und entwickeln langfristige, vertrauensvolle Mandatsbeziehungen.

– Sie verantworten Ihre Mandate von der ersten Analyse über die Direktansprache bis zur erfolgreichen Besetzung – unterstützt durch erfahrene Research Consultants.

– Sie arbeiten grenzüberschreitend mit Kolleginnen und Kollegen in ganz Europa zusammen und können Ihren Klienten über Executive Search hinaus Leadership Advisory, Board Services und Interim Management anbieten.

Was Sie auszeichnet

– Mehrjährige Erfahrung in verantwortlicher Position – etwa als Geschäftsführer, Unternehmer, Berater oder auf C-Level – und ein sicheres Urteil über Menschen und Organisationen.

– Die nachweisliche Fähigkeit, Vertrauen aufzubauen und daraus Geschäft zu entwickeln.

– Intellektuelle Neugier: Sie hören zu, durchdringen komplexe Zusammenhänge und machen sie einfach – nicht umgekehrt.

– Eine unternehmerische Haltung und die Bereitschaft, langfristig etwas aufzubauen.

– Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und sehr gutes Englisch.
