UX & Product Design Lead
The internet runs on infrastructure. But using that infrastructure shouldn't feel... well, like infrastructure.
That's where you come in.
As our UX & Product Design Lead, you'll help shape how developers experience bunny.net.
Working closely with product managers and engineers, you'll own the UX journey from early product ideas through to polished experiences developers love using.
This isn't a role where you'll approve every mockup. You'll be hands-on where it matters most, solving meaningful product challenges while building the systems, patterns, and culture that help great UX scale across bunny.net.
You'll spend your time experimenting with new ideas, using AI to move faster, and continuously refining the experiences we build.

What will you do?
- Make powerful technology feel beautifully simple
- Shape the experience of products used by developers around the world
- Work side by side with product managers and engineers to solve tough problems
- Build the systems and design patterns that help great UX scale
- Prototype, experiment, and explore with AI and modern design tools
- Lead and set standards for user research and define the personas that guide every design decision
- Talk to customers often, and let their feedback shape what we build
- Bring clarity to complex product decisions through design workshops and reviews
- Raise the bar for usability, accessibility, and thoughtful product design
- Help others become better designers by sharing knowledge, giving feedback, and leading by example
What will you bring?
- 7+ years of experience in UX, product design, or a similar role
- Experience designing cloud infrastructure, and/or products for developers
- Confidence designing for technical users, especially developers
- Ability to conduct qualitative and quantitative user research
- A talent for turning technical complexity into intuitive experiences
- Systems thinking: you know when to solve a problem once, and when to create a pattern that solves it for everyone
- The ability to zoom out to strategy and dive into the details when it matters
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work closely with engineers to balance user needs with technical realities
- Clear communication and the confidence to explain your thinking to anyone, from engineers to leadership
- Curiosity about AI and modern tools, and a desire to keep improving how products are designed and built
- An obsession with the little details that make powerful products feel fast, simple, and effortless
What will make us extra happy?
- Experience building design systems, component libraries, or design tokens
- Familiarity with frontend technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or Angular
- Experience designing for APIs, cloud platforms, infrastructure, security, or other developer tools
- Experience using AI to accelerate research, prototyping, or product design
- Experience mentoring designers or helping scale design practices in a product organization
Where should you be located?
Europe, ideally within CET ±3 hours so collaboration with the team feels natural rather than scheduled.
