Om uppdraget

Vår kund söker en erfaren platschef till ett nybyggnadsprojekt av ett vård- och omsorgsboende.

Som platschef får du ett övergripande ansvar för att driva produktionen framåt och säkerställa att projektet genomförs enligt uppsatta krav på tid, ekonomi, kvalitet och arbetsmiljö. Rollen innebär nära samordning med beställare, underentreprenörer och övriga aktörer i projektet.

Vem är du?

Vi söker dig som är en erfaren och trygg platschef med god förståelse för hela byggprocessen. Du är van att ta ansvar för produktion, ekonomi, arbetsmiljö och samordning och trivs i en roll där du får driva projektet framåt.

Du är strukturerad, kommunikativ och lösningsorienterad, har ett tydligt ledarskap och är van att samarbeta med beställare, UE och projektorganisation. Erfarenhet av nyproduktion och komplexa byggprojekt är särskilt meriterande.

Vi söker dig som:

  • Har minst 6 års erfarenhet som platschef inom byggproduktion.
  • Har minst gymnasieutbildning inom bygg eller minst 10 års erfarenhet från byggbranschen.
  • Har utbildning inom BAS-P/BAS-U.
  • Har erfarenhet av totalentreprenad inom nyproduktion.
  • Har drivit minst ett entreprenadprojekt åt extern beställare.
  • Har erfarenhet av vård- och omsorgsboende eller liknande komplexa byggprojekt.
