Skärgårdsgymnasiet i Åkersberga söker en engagerad studie- och yrkesvägledare som vill vara nära eleverna och göra skillnad i deras gymnasietid – och i steget vidare mot arbete och vuxenliv.

Som studie- och yrkesvägledare hos oss får du en central roll i skolans elevhälsoarbete och blir en del av vårt elevhälsoteam (EHT). Tillsammans med skolans övriga professioner arbetar du förebyggande och främjande för att skapa goda förutsättningar för våra elever att lära och utvecklas.

Du möter elever på våra yrkesprogram och hjälper dem att se sina möjligheter, förstå sina val och hitta motivation att nå sina mål. Du arbetar nära elever, lärare, mentorer och elevhälsa och bidrar med ditt perspektiv i arbetet kring elevernas utveckling och framtid.

Vi söker dig som är trygg, relationsskapande, strukturerad och lösningsorienterad. Du har lätt för att skapa förtroende hos ungdomar och är samtidigt noggrann och administrativt skicklig. Du trivs med att hålla ordning på processer, dokumentation, studieplanering och andra delar av SYV-uppdraget.
