Vill du leda ett etablerat bolag i Frankrike och kombinera svenskt ledarskap med internationell affärsutveckling?

CESAB söker, för kunds räkning, en affärsmässig och trygg verkställande direktör till ett väletablerat bolag i Frankrike med cirka 100 medarbetare och en omsättning på 100-200 miljoner. Här får du en nyckelroll med stort inflytande över verksamhetens utveckling, lönsamhet och framtid.

Du leder verksamheten genom bolagets chefer och ansvarar för resultat, organisation och affärsutveckling. Rollen innebär ett nära samarbete med den svenska koncernen och du ingår i koncernens ledningsgrupp.

Vi söker dig som:

  • Har erfarenhet av att leda verksamheter och utveckla organisationer.
  • Är en trygg och affärsmässig ledare med god teknisk förståelse.
  • Talar och skriver flytande franska samt har goda kunskaper i svenska.
  • Har erfarenhet av att förhandla och tolka avtal.
  • Trivs i en internationell miljö där du kombinerar strategiskt ledarskap med operativt ansvar.
