El rol

Garantizar la continuidad operativa y confiabilidad de equipos y servicios generales mediante la ejecución disciplinada del plan de mantenimiento, la coordinación operativa y el liderazgo directo del personal técnico. Coordinar supervisores y cuadrillas para asegurar el cumplimiento del programa semanal, la calidad de la información en CMMS, la disciplina operativa y el uso eficiente de los recursos.

Lo que haras

  • Coordinar y dar seguimiento al desempeño de los supervisores de mantenimiento.
  • Consolidar y administrar los programas de mantenimiento semanales y diarios.
  • Monitorear y gestionar el backlog de mantenimiento, asegurando la atención oportuna de actividades críticas.
  • Garantizar la disponibilidad de refacciones y materiales necesarios para las ventanas de mantenimiento.
  • Supervisar y controlar el desempeño y cumplimiento de contratistas.
  • Monitorear indicadores clave de mantenimiento de manera diaria y semanal.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de los procedimientos de seguridad, incluyendo LOTO y permisos de trabajo.
  • Desarrollar y capacitar a supervisores en prácticas de mantenimiento y disciplina operativa.
  • Brindar soporte durante paros mayores, arranques y proyectos de comisionamiento.
  • Asegurar la ejecución efectiva de los planes de mantenimiento preventivo y predictivo.
  • Mantener la confiabilidad y disponibilidad de equipos críticos.
  • Promover la disciplina operativa y el cumplimiento de estándares de seguridad.
  • Optimizar la utilización de recursos humanos, materiales y financieros.
  • Garantizar la calidad y actualización de la información en CMMS.
  • Coordinar actividades entre los departamentos de Mantenimiento y Producción para minimizar impactos operativos.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Cumplimiento de programas PM/PdM.
  • Control de backlog y antigüedad de órdenes críticas.
  • MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) de equipos clave.
  • MTTR (Mean Time To Repair) de equipos clave.
  • Porcentaje de trabajo planificado.
  • Control de stockouts de materiales MRO.
  • Número de incidentes y condiciones inseguras.
  • Calidad y precisión de los datos registrados en CMMS.

Lo que buscamos:

Formación Académica

  • Ingeniería Mecánica, Eléctrica, Industrial, Mecatrónica o afín.

Experiencia

  • Más de 4 años de experiencia en mantenimiento industrial.
  • Experiencia en administración y mantenimiento de servicios generales (Utilities).
  • Experiencia liderando equipos de mantenimiento en ambientes industriales.

Conocimientos Técnicos

  • Metodologías TPM, RCM y RCA.
  • Manejo de sistemas CMMS.
  • Interpretación de planos mecánicos y eléctricos.
  • Seguridad industrial, LOTO y permisos de trabajo.
  • Planeación y ejecución de mantenimiento preventivo y predictivo.
  • Inglés avanzado.

  • Disciplina y presencia en piso de producción.
  • Comunicación efectiva con Producción y áreas de soporte.
