Founders Associate (Junior Generalist)

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a junior generalist role working directly alongside the founders of an early-stage consumer healthtech company based in Berlin. You will be in the room when decisions are made, and then you will be the person who makes them happen. The team is intentionally small, so the scope and responsibility here would take years to reach at a larger organisation.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Own operational projects end to end, from first draft through to a measurable result.

- Build processes and automations that eliminate manual work, first for yourself and then for the broader team.

- Jump across commercial, operations, product, and hiring work depending on what matters most that week.

- Spot bottlenecks early and resolve them before they slow down growth.

- Prepare analyses and decision documents for the founders, then execute on the outcomes.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- At least one year of experience in an operational, business development, consulting, or founder's office role with measurable outcomes to show for it.

- Early-career generalist profile: eager to learn across functions rather than specialising in one area.

- Demonstrated experience building at least one automation, workflow, or process tool that saved meaningful time; no-code or code both count.

- Strong proficiency with spreadsheet tools (Excel or Google Sheets) for analysis, reporting, and process tracking.

- Comfort managing multiple priorities simultaneously with minimal supervision and a strong bias toward hands-on execution.

- Experience in early-stage, resource-constrained environments where individuals cover multiple functional areas.

- Fluent German (spoken and written) and strong English.

- Familiarity with no-code automation tools (such as Zapier, Make, n8n, or Airtable), AI tools, or basic scripting is a plus.

- Background in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or a regulated industry is a plus but not required.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Base salary of €55,000 to €90,000 depending on experience, plus equity. Visa sponsorship is not available.

LOCATION

On-site in Berlin, Germany, five days a week. Candidates must be based in Berlin or willing to relocate.
