ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a senior engineering role focused on building the infrastructure layer for autonomous, AI-native applications. You will work on agentic infrastructure and agent-building systems that power the next generation of AI workers, playing a foundational part in shaping the platform from the ground up as one of the first engineers on the team.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Design and implement scalable infrastructure for agent orchestration and execution.

- Build frameworks and tools that enable teams to develop, test, and deploy autonomous agents.

- Collaborate with product and research teams to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.

- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices across the codebase.

- Contribute to technical strategy and long-term platform roadmap decisions.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- 8 or more years of professional software engineering experience.

- Hands-on experience building or working with agentic infrastructure, agent frameworks, or related distributed systems.

- Generalist technical background across multiple domains rather than a narrow deep-tech specialty.

- Proven ability to design and own production systems with strong architecture and infrastructure decision-making.

- Experience building developer-facing tools, APIs, platforms, or comparable infrastructure abstractions.

- Comfort working across the full stack, from low-level infrastructure to high-level abstractions.

- Proficiency in modern programming languages and cloud infrastructure.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Base salary range: $150,000 to $250,000 USD annually. Equity is part of the compensation package given the early-stage nature of the role.
