ABOUT THE ROLE

This is the first dedicated Revenue Operations hire at a fast-growing AI/ML company serving the industrial procurement sector. You will partner directly with senior revenue leadership to design, build, and scale the systems that power the full revenue cycle, from business development through pipeline, onboarding, and expansion. The role is a high-ownership, high-visibility opportunity to shape how a scaling GTM function operates.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Partner with revenue leadership to build and scale revenue systems across the entire customer journey.

- Lead strategic projects that reshape the sales motion and support enterprise and international expansion.

- Own and maintain the operational backbone spanning business development, AE pipeline, onboarding, and expansion.

- Build reporting and analytics to surface patterns and translate data into strategic decisions.

- Collaborate with marketing, business development, account executives, customer experience, and expansion teams to remove friction and increase velocity.

- Design and implement enablement programs, AI tooling, and onboarding solutions that multiply team output.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- 1 to 5 or more years of relevant experience in revenue operations, business development, or strategy, with clear career progression.

- Startup or high-growth background where you built operational systems from the ground up in a VC-backed or equivalent environment.

- Proven ability to design and operationalize systems across a full revenue cycle.

- Strong systems-thinking paired with hands-on execution: you build the structure and run it yourself.

- Experience implementing AI tooling, automation, or enablement in a revenue operations context.

- Comfortable working directly with founders and senior leaders in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.

- Business development or strategy orientation rather than a predominantly sales-only background.

- Full fluency in both German and English.

- Ego-free collaboration style with a strong ownership mindset.

LOCATION

On-site in Munich, Bavaria, Germany. A minimum of four days per week in the office is required. Visa sponsorship is not available.
