The posting

Estamos buscando una persona para que se sume a nuestro equipo en obra:

Lugar de trabajo: Monterrey (alrededores)

Las funciones principales serán:

  • Realiza la apertura del centro de trabajo.
  • Gestionar los contratos y pedidos.
  • Requerir los documentos a los subcontratistas y trabajadores autónomos.
  • Gestionar las facturas de proveedores y subcontratistas.
  • Gestionar la caja.
  • Gestionar los gastos de personal de la obra.
  • Llevar a cabo las tareas específicas para los administrativos en las UTE’s.
  • Coordinar con el/la Jefe de Obra los documentos de la planificación económica.
  • Alimentar sistema Navision para control y seguimiento de costes y gastos de proyecto.
  • Elaboración de cierres analíticos en Navision.
  • Registro de contabilidad (espejo), cierre mensual, etc.
  • Control y gestión de la tesorería del proyecto, programación de pagos.
  • Supervisión y control de almacenes de obra (entradas, salidas e inventarios)
  • Seguimiento de seguros, fianzas y contratos de obra
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de obligaciones fiscales y contables
  • Representar el proyecto utilizando poder notarial con facultad para realizar trámites administrativos
  • Atención y colaboración con auditorías interna y externas que se realicen en obra.

REQUISITOS

Contador Público Titulado

Con estudios comprobables en la administración de obra

- +5 años de experiencia en la administración de obra (civiles / vialidades / infraestructura) preferentemente carreteras.

- +5 años en la gestión administrativa (cuentas por pagar, tesorería, analíticos y gestión de stakeholders.

- Amplio conocimiento de leyes y trámites fiscales de obra (REPSE, SIROC,IMSS, SUA, INFONAVIT, etc.)

  • Preferentemente NAVISION o ERP de gestión contable/financiera y analítica
  • Office, Excel intermedio.

- Disponibilidad de incorporación inmediata.
