Algunas funciones a realizar:

Integrar, revisar y presentar las estimaciones ante la Residencia de Obra y la supervisión dentro de los plazos que fijan el contrato y la normatividad de obra pública aplicable. Validar los números generadores contra levantamientos de campo, croquis, planos, reportes topográficos y liberaciones de calidad, antes de que se incorporen a estimación. Conciliar previamente con la supervisión los volúmenes y conceptos a estimar, de modo que la estimación se presente ya depurada y no regrese por observaciones. Mantener actualizada la medición del avance real contra el programa vigente, por estación, frente y partida, tomando como línea base el programa de ejecución reprogramado. Operar las cédulas de seguimiento de avance (programado contra real) y publicar el corte con la periodicidad que fije la Dirección de Proyecto. Calcular y reportar las desviaciones de costo y de plazo con su proyección a la terminación, y alertar con anticipación los frentes que comprometan hitos penalizables. Administrar el catálogo de conceptos y el presupuesto contratado como línea base única, con control de versiones y trazabilidad de cada cambio. Cuantificar el impacto en costo y plazo de órdenes de cambio, obras inducidas no contempladas en el inventario original y trabajos adicionales. Soporte a convenios, ajustes y reclamaciones. Control de subcontratistas.

Perfil requerido:

Ingeniero Civil, Arquitecto o carrera afín, titulado (contar con cédula profesional).

Mínimo 6 años comprobables en estimaciones y costos de obras similares.

Deseable, experiencia en:

Obra pública federal, con experiencia directa en el trámite de estimaciones ante dependencias o entidades.

Infraestructura ferroviaria, carretera o edificación de gran escala.

Obras ejecutadas en consorcio o asociación de empresas, donde el control interno se reporta a varios socios.

Conocimientos técnicos indispensables: Ley de Obras Públicas y Servicios Relacionados con las Mismas y su Reglamento, Integración de números generadores y memorias de cálculo, Análisis de precios unitarios: costos directos e indirectos, financiamiento, utilidad y cargos adicionales, Bitácora de obra, Lectura e interpretación de planos, catálogos de conceptos y especificaciones técnicas, excel avanzado, Navisworks y extracción de cantidades desde modelos BIM; herramientas de tablero (Power BI o equivalente).

Deseable: Experiencia previa con ATTRAPI, ARTF, SICT u otras entidades del sector ferroviario.
