Twój zakres obowiązków

  • Przygotowywanie i kompletowanie dokumentacji odbiorowej, budowy oraz dokumentacji powykonawczej we współpracy z zespołem projektowym i wykonawczym.
  • Nadzór nad kompletnością dokumentacji technicznej oraz dokumentów jakościowych związanych z zatwierdzeniami materiałowymi.
  • Kontrola i rozliczanie podwykonawców zgodnie z warunkami umów oraz wymaganiami dokumentacji technicznej.
  • Udział w przygotowywaniu zestawień ilości wykonanych robót oraz bieżącym monitorowaniu postępu prac.
  • Wsparcie nadzoru nad realizacją robót budowlanych zgodnie z wymaganiami kontraktu, harmonogramem i dokumentacją projektową.
  • Współpraca przy negocjacjach z podwykonawcami, dostawcami i usługodawcami oraz aktywne pozyskiwanie nowych partnerów biznesowych.
  • Udział w optymalizacji rozwiązań projektowych i technologicznych.
  • Koordynacja gospodarki materiałowej, dokumentacji magazynowej oraz kontroli stanów magazynowych.

Nasze wymagania

  • Wykształcenie wyższe techniczne (minimum tytuł inżyniera) na kierunku Budownictwo.
  • Dobra znajomość programów MS Office, MS Project oraz AutoCAD.
  • Umiejętność czytania i analizowania dokumentacji technicznej.
  • Zdolność analitycznego myślenia oraz efektywnego ustalania priorytetów.
  • Dobra organizacja pracy i umiejętność działania pod presją czasu.
  • Prawo jazdy kat. B.
