Twój zakres obowiązków

  • Rozliczanie robót podwykonawczych oraz robót prowadzonych siłami własnymi, w zakresie ich zgodności z dokumentacją techniczną i harmonogramem.
  • Przygotowywanie dokumentów rozliczeniowych zgodnie z warunkami kontraktu.
  • Monitorowanie obiegu dokumentacji rozliczeniowej pomiędzy Wykonawcą, Zamawiającym i Inwestorem.
  • Analiza i weryfikacja zaakceptowanych rozliczeń.
  • Archiwizowanie papierowej dokumentacji sprzedażowej.
  • Przygotowywanie planów płatności zgodnie z wytycznymi Zamawiającego.
  • Prowadzenie korespondencji z Wykonawcą i Zamawiającym w zakresie rozliczeń oraz ZPRS.
  • Przygotowywanie danych dotyczących rozliczenia kosztów budowy w zakresie budżetu.

Nasze wymagania

  • Mile widziane wykształcenie wyższe, preferowane kierunki: budownictwo, finanse, ekonomia lub pokrewne.
  • Doświadczenie zawodowe na podobnym stanowisku.
  • Wiedza z zakresu rozliczania kontraktów zgodnie z ich warunkami.
  • Mile widziane doświadczenie w branży infrastrukturalnej.
  • Dobra znajomość pakietu MS Office, w szczególności programu Excel.
  • Umiejętność analitycznego myślenia, dokładność i dobra organizacja pracy.
  • Samodzielność oraz umiejętność pracy z dokumentacją kontraktową.
