¿Cuál será tu misión?

Dando soporte directo al Jefe/a de Obra, te encargarás de la planificación operativa, la elaboración de los planes de producción y la supervisión a pie de obra de los trabajos. Tu objetivo será garantizar que el avance diario se realice conforme a la planificación, optimizando los rendimientos y controlando la calidad técnica de la ejecución.

Tus funciones:

Gestión Técnico-Económica y Control de Producción: Colaborar en la consecución de los objetivos mensuales de producción. Realizar el seguimiento del avance, mediciones reales en obra y su comparación respecto a planos, vigilando la optimización técnico-económica de los proyectos.

Planificación Operativa: Elaborar y dirigir los planes de producción detallados. Especificar las necesidades de contratación, suministros y útiles para los períodos siguientes para asegurar el ritmo óptimo de los trabajos.

Gestión de Equipos y Subcontratación: Organizar, supervisar y conducir al equipo de obra (encargados, peones y subcontratistas), fomentando un buen clima de trabajo y resolviendo conflictos con agilidad.

Seguridad y Salud (P.R.L.): Supervisar el cumplimiento riguroso de las medidas de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales en todos los tajos de trabajo.

Relaciones e Interlocución: Coordinar la actividad con las subcontratas y mantener una comunicación fluida con las Direcciones de Obra, Coordinadores de Seguridad y Salud, y el personal técnico de las áreas corporativas.

¿Qué perfil buscamos?

Formación: Arquitectura Superior, Grado en Ingeniería de la Edificación, Ingeniería de Caminos, Canales y Puertos o Grado en Ingeniería Civil. Se valorará formación específica en el Convenio de P.R.L. para responsables de obra.

Experiencia: Experiencia demostrable en el sector (mínimo 5 años en construcción y 2 años en el cargo de producción). Es requisito imprescindible haber aportado experiencia en la ejecución de, al menos, una obra completa de edificación.

Conocimientos Informáticos: Dominio de herramientas de gestión del paquete Office (especialmente Excel), entornos ERP (Business Central), software de diseño (AutoCAD) y herramientas de control de costes y planificación (TCQ / Project).

Habilidades: Capacidad de organización del propio trabajo y el del equipo, facilidad para la toma de decisiones, alta tolerancia a la presión, dotes de negociación y anticipación al cambio.

Residencia: Comunidad de Madrid (zona centro o alrededores), con disponibilidad para trabajar dentro de la jornada laboral habitual en los proyectos de la zona.
