En Construcciones Rubau contamos con más de 50 años de experiencia en el sector de las infraestructuras, desarrollando actividades de construcción, concesión, conservación y mantenimiento en proyectos de obra civil y edificación.

Además, hemos diversificado nuestra actividad con divisiones especializadas en gestión del agua, residuos, energías renovables y rehabilitación, operando en países como México, Polonia y España.

¿Eres un experto en infraestructuras hidráulicas con visión estratégica, capacidad de liderazgo y experiencia? Buscamos un/a Jefe/a de Producción de Obra Civil especializado/a en canalizaciones y abastecimiento para integrarse en nuestro equipo de Madrid.

¿Cuál será tu misión?

Tu misión será coordinar y supervisar la ejecución diaria sobre el terreno. Trabajarás mano a mano con el/la Jefe/a de Obra para asegurar que los trabajos se ejecuten con el máximo rendimiento, cumpliendo estrictamente los plazos de producción, las especificaciones técnicas, los estándares de calidad y la normativa de seguridad.

Como responsable del control diario a pie de obra, te encargarás de la optimización de los recursos (materiales, maquinaria y personal) y del seguimiento detallado de los rendimientos de los tajos de trabajo.

Tus funciones principales:

  • Control de Producción y Mediciones: Realizar el seguimiento diario de la producción, elaborar las mediciones de obra ejecutada y preparar los datos necesarios para las certificaciones mensuales y el control de costes del proyecto.
  • Coordinación de Tajos y Operativa: Organizar los trabajos diarios en entorno urbano, asegurando la correcta distribución de la maquinaria y la recepción en plazo de los materiales específicos (fundición dúctil, PEAD, etc.).
  • Gestión de Equipos y Subcontratas: Supervisar directamente a los equipos propios y el rendimiento de las empresas subcontratadas (excavaciones, soldadura de tuberías, pavimentación), garantizando que cumplan con el ritmo de trabajo y la calidad exigida.
  • Seguridad, Salud y Medio Ambiente (P.R.L.): Velar por el cumplimiento riguroso de las medidas de prevención de riesgos laborales y medioambientales en los tajos, especialmente en obras hidráulicas en vía pública.
  • Apoyo Técnico y Logístico: Colaborar en la resolución de interferencias con servicios existentes (electricidad, gas, telecomunicaciones) y dar soporte en la interlocución técnica con los técnicos de servicios afectados.

¿Qué perfil buscamos?

  • Formación: CFGS en el ámbito de la Obra Civil, Grado en Ingeniería Civil, Ingeniería Técnica de Obras Públicas o Máster en Ingeniería de Caminos, Canales y Puertos. Es imprescindible la titulación homologada o reconocida formalmente en España.
  • Experiencia: Mínimo 2-3 años de experiencia demostrable como Jefe/a de Producción o Ayudante de Obra en proyectos de Obra Civil (urbanización o canalizaciones), valorándose muy positivamente la experiencia específica en redes de agua, abastecimiento y saneamiento.
  • Conocimientos Específicos: Dominio de herramientas de medición y planificación (tipo Presto, AutoCAD y Excel avanzado).
  • Habilidades: Persona proactiva, con alta capacidad de resolución de imprevistos en campo, dinamismo, capacidad para liderar equipos a pie de obra y un fuerte compromiso con el detalle técnico y la seguridad.
  • Residencia: Madrid o alrededores, con disponibilidad para desplazarse a las distintas ubicaciones de los proyectos en la zona.
