En [Nombre de la Empresa] estamos buscando a nuestro próximo Líder de Sistemas Funciones Corporativas para asegurar la disponibilidad, el control y la evolución de nuestras plataformas transversales.

🎯 ¿Qué harás en el día a día?

Como parte de nuestro equipo de Tecnología, serás la pieza clave en la gestión y soporte de nuestros sistemas corporativos. Tus principales misiones serán:

  • Control y gestión de plataformas: Administrar los accesos (altas y bajas de usuarios) y asegurar el óptimo funcionamiento de los sistemas a cargo.
  • Gestión con proveedores: Dar seguimiento riguroso a requerimientos, solicitudes y contratos con terceros.
  • Monitoreo y mejora continua: Generar alertas, medir indicadores clave de servicio y asegurar el cumplimiento de los tiempos de implementación.
  • Colaboración transversal: Trabajar de la mano con el área de infraestructura, gerencias y áreas usuarias para analizar requerimientos y garantizar la disponibilidad tecnológica.

🧠 ¿Qué estamos buscando?

  • Formación: Licenciatura en Sistemas Computacionales o carrera afín (Deseable Maestría en IT)
  • Experiencia: Mínimo 2 años en roles similares (desarrollo, análisis funcional, gestión de proyectos o soporte a sistemas de negocio). Experiencia previa en la industria financiera será un gran plus.
  • Conocimientos sólidos en SQL.
  • Bases de programación en Java o Python (¡ideal si cuentas con certificación!).
  • Familiaridad con herramientas como Google Cloud, JIRA y metodologías SCRUM.
  • Idiomas: Inglés intermedio.
  • Competencias clave: Enfoque en el cliente, alta capacidad de colaboración, planificación, agilidad para el aprendizaje (learning agility) y comunicación efectiva.
