The posting

You will play a key role in expanding our commercial presence across the DACH region and take ownership of sales development throughout the territory, working closely with customers and partners to drive the adoption of deepLive™, a technology with strong clinical and economic impact. Highly analytical and field-oriented, you combine a strong results focus with initiative and autonomy in a fast-growing startup environment.

SALES MANAGER DACH

Sales Development & Lead Management (DACH)

  • Manage and follow up on regional leads across hospitals, clinics, and private practitioners (dermatologists).
  • Own the full sales cycle (qualification, demonstrations, value-based selling, negotiation, closing).
  • Ensure accurate pipeline management while improving sales tools, reporting, and CRM usage (Hubspot).

Territory Development & Field Execution

  • Develop and execute the regional sales strategy in close coordination with the Sales Team based in Paris and Germany.
  • Conduct regular field activities across the territory, including customer visits and key events (congresses).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and clinical stakeholders.

Value Proposition & Market Feedback

  • Clearly communicate the clinical, patient, and economic value of the solution.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to adapt sales materials for the DACH market.
  • Provide structured market feedback to support offer and go-to-market evolution.
  • Monitor market and competitive dynamics to inform territory strategy.

Profile

  • Engineering or tech-oriented healthcare background with strong technical & clinical understanding.
  • First or solid experience in medtech sales or business development.
  • Solid understanding of the German healthcare environment from customers to procurement.
  • Comfortable working closely in a small regional team, with growing autonomy.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with physicians, hospital staff, and internal teams.
  • Good command of sales fundamentals and experience with CRM and KPI tracking.
  • Field-oriented, analytical, proactive, and motivated in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Comfortable delivering hands-on demonstrations of high-tech solutions.
  • Fluent in German and English.
