Vi söker nu en Cargo Coordinator till vårt Customer Service-team i Göteborg för ett vikariat på cirka ett år. Hos oss blir du en del av ett engagerat team där vi hjälps åt, stöttar varandra och arbetar tillsammans för att ge våra kunder bästa möjliga service.

Om rollen

Som Cargo Coordinator blir du en del av vårt Customer Service-team inom Ferry och arbetar nära kunder, terminaler och interna funktioner för att säkerställa smidiga transportlösningar.

Rollen kombinerar kundservice, planering och administration, och du har en viktig funktion i att skapa hög servicenivå och en effektiv hantering av godsflöden.

Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter är att:

  • Boka exportlast och bekräfta bokningar till kunder
  • Planera och optimera fartygens kapacitetsutnyttjande
  • Hantera bokningar av farligt gods
  • Ha daglig kontakt med kunder, terminaler och andra samarbetspartners
  • Hantera export- och importdokumentation i samband med fartygsanlöp
  • Följa upp och kvalitetssäkra bokningar och transporter

Tjänsten är på heltid och innebär schemalagd arbetstid där både kvälls- och helgarbete ingår. För att trivas i rollen ser vi därför att du uppskattar flexibiliteten och variationen som skiftarbete innebär.

Din profil

Vi söker dig som trivs i mötet med människor, tycker om att ge god service och bidrar till ett positivt samarbete med både kunder och kollegor. Du är nyfiken, lösningsorienterad och tycker om att arbeta i en miljö där tempot stundtals är högt.

Vi tror att du:

  • Har erfarenhet av kundservice, koordinering eller administration
  • Gärna har erfarenhet från transport-, logistik- eller servicebranschen
  • Är trygg i att prioritera och organisera ditt arbete
  • Har god systemvana och lätt för att lära dig nya arbetssätt
  • Trivs med att samarbeta och bidra till ett positivt teamklimat
  • Behärskar svenska och engelska väl, både i tal och skrift

Eftergymnasial utbildning inom logistik, transport eller sjöfart är meriterande.
