ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER The Assistant General Manager reports directly to the General Manager and leads daily club operations, with most operational department heads reporting to the AGM. The role aligns departments around service standards, coordinates operational delivery, and holds leaders accountable for team performance and the member experience. The AGM implements operating procedures and uses key performance indicators to assess results and address service gaps.

The AGM maintains an active presence throughout the club, including dining venues and key events, building relationships with members, homeowners, and guests while ensuring concerns and requests receive timely attention. Leadership responsibilities include hiring, training, evaluating, and developing department heads and staff, supported by regular communication and clear performance expectations.

In partnership with the General Manager, the AGM supports financial oversight, including review of the income statement, balance sheet, cash flow, and capital budget, and contributes to project management and strategic planning. The AGM keeps the General Manager informed of operational performance, emerging issues, and matters requiring direction.
