Wir sind eine eigenständige Tochtergesellschaft der Lindt & Sprüngli Gruppe mit über 300 Mitarbeitende mit Sitz in Wien und Produktionsstätte in Niederösterreich. Als dynamisch wachsendes Unternehmen am österreichischen Süßwarenmarkt gehen wir unseren Weg mit viel Leidenschaft, Begeisterung und Einsatz sowie einer großen Portion Spaß als Team. Wir suchen Verstärkung für das Team der Lindt World of Chocolate.

Startdatum: ab Mitte Jänner 2027

Stundenausmaß: Vollzeit (40h)

Das erwartet dich während der Pre-Opening-Phase sowie nach der Eröffnung:

  • Aktive Mitgestaltung bei der Einrichtung von Restaurant und Bars, Entwicklung des Getränkekonzepts sowie Definition von Betriebsabläufen, Laufwegen und Servicestandards
  • Aufbau, Onboarding und Qualifizierung eines motivierten Serviceteams
  • Führung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung des Teams sowie Umsetzung einer vorausschauenden Dienst- und Urlaubsplanung
  • Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen operativen Betriebs in unserem Restaurant (100 Sitzplätze) und angeschlossener Terrasse (150 Sitzplätze) sowie an den To-Go Bars unter Einhaltung der Service-, Qualitäts-, Hygiene- und Sicherheitsstandards
  • Gewährleistung eines exzellenten Gästeerlebnisses entlang der gesamten Guest Journey sowie professioneller Umgang mit Feedback und Reklamationen
  • Verantwortung für Umsatz-, Personal- und Wareneinsatzziele sowie Optimierung von Auslastung und Umsatzpotenzialen
  • Enge bereichsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit mit Hospitality & Event Management, Küche, Museum, Shop und Marketing

Das bringst du mit:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Hotellerie oder Gastronomie
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in vergleichbarer Position sowie in der Steuerung von Betrieben mit hohem Gästeaufkommen
  • Führungserfahrung von Teams mit 20 Mitarbeiter:innen
  • Praxis in der Budgetplanung, Kostenkontrolle und Steuerung operativer Kennzahlen
  • Hohe Service-, Kunden- und Qualitätsorientierung sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke
  • Wertschätzende und teamorientierte Führungspersönlichkeit, die Begeisterung für den Aufbau neuer Strukturen und Teams mitbringt
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
