Stellenbeschreibung

Unser Angebot:

  • Intensives Ausbildungsprogramm vor Übernahme des Restaurants (9-12 Monate)
  • Eigenverantwortliche Führung eines McD-Restaurants als selbständige UnternehmerInnen
  • Langfristige partnerschaftliche Zusammenarbeit mit dem Konzern inkl. laufende Unterstützung und Betreuung durch die österreichische Unternehmenszentrale
  • Teilnahme an Aus- und Weiterbildungen in der McDonald´s Business School

Qualifikationen

Ihr Profil:

  • Mindestens 10 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer Führungsfunktion oder als Selbständige/r mit Personalverantwortung
  • Mindestalter von 30 Jahren
  • Geografische Flexibilität
  • Unternehmergeist und Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Hohe Service- und Gästeorientierung sowie Leidenschaft für die Gastronomie
  • Begeisterung für die Marke McDonalds und Wunsch nach einer langfristigen partnerschaftlichen Zusammenarbeit
  • Ungebundenes Eigenkapital zwischen € 400.000 und € 600.000
