Als Mitarbeiter/in Ab-/Beladecenter, Site Support in Visp, Schweiz, bist du der Dreh- und Angelpunkt unserer Betriebsversorgung. Du sorgst dafür, dass alles fliesst – vom Rohstoff bis zum fertigen Versand an unsere Kunden.

In dieser Rolle übernimmst du Verantwortung für den Warenfluss, koordinierst verschiedene Schnittstellen und stellst sicher, dass die Versorgung sowie der Versand im Werk reibungslos funktionieren. Dabei sind deine Logistik-Expertise, deine Erfahrung im Umgang mit Chemie und dein technisches Geschick gefragt.

Du bist Teil eines engagierten Teams, das Verantwortung übernimmt, Prozesse aktiv weiterentwickelt und Sicherheit jeden Tag lebt – und damit massgeblich zum nachhaltigen Erfolg von Arxada beiträgt.

Hauptaufgaben und Verantwortung:

  • Selbstständige Befüllung und Entladung von BULK-Materialien an den Umschlagstationen
  • Bedienung und Überwachung der automatischen Fass-, IBC- und Kanister-Abfüllanlagen im Ab- und Beladecenter
  • Steuerung und Überwachung des Warenflusses sowie Sicherstellung einer reibungslosen Betriebsversorgung und Abwicklung der Versandaufträge
  • Zuverlässige Bearbeitung der Aufgaben am Computer, unter anderem mit MS Office, SAP, ILES, Syncrotess und unseren Prozessleitsystemen
  • Enge Koordination und Abstimmung mit internen Kunden (Betriebe, Labore und Transportdienste) zur Sicherstellung reibungsloser Abläufe
  • Überprüfung bestehender Prozesse sowie aktive Identifikation und Umsetzung von Optimierungsmöglichkeiten

Qualifikationen und Erfahrung:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Logistiker/in, Chemie- oder Pharmatechnologe/in oder vergleichbare Erfahrung als Operator in chemischen Produktions- oder Dienstleistungsbetrieben
  • Selbstständige, flexible und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise mit hoher Genauigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Ausgeprägtes Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsbewusstsein sowie ein hoher persönlicher Anspruch zur Stärkung der Sicherheitskultur
  • Freude an der Zusammenarbeit und Kommunikation mit Labor, internen Betrieben und Fahrdiensten
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Technisches Verständnis und sicherer Umgang mit gängigen IT-Systemen
  • Bereitschaft zur Leistung von Pikettdienst

Microbial Control Solutions (MCS) konzentriert sich auf Bedrohungen durch Mikroorganismen für Mensch und Umwelt. Dieser Bereich umfasst fünf eigenständige Geschäftsbereiche: Professionelle Hygiene, Haushalts- und Körperpflege, Holzschutz, Lacke & Beschichtungen sowie Materialschutz.

Nutrition, Care & Environmental (NCE) liefert Materialien für die Herstellung von Verbundstoffen in der Elektronik, Luft- und Raumfahrt und anderen Branchen. Darüber hinaus umfasst das Portfolio Vitamine und Nährstoffkomponenten, chemische Zwischenprodukte mit hoher Leistungsfähigkeit sowie Rohstoffe für eine Vielzahl anspruchsvoller Anwendungen.
