The Strategic Partnerships Coordinator is the organization engine focused on product research, account support, invoicing and supply partnerships.

It's a hands-on, detail-first seat built for someone who wants a front-row seat to how the business runs, with a clear growth path toward the New Business & Strategy team or Account Management.

What you'll do:

Supply Deal Ownership:

• Support all product supply deals for the organization, including supply-only collections for both New Business & Strategy and Account Management clients.
• Coordinate design, production, and delivery timelines for these collections from start to finish.

Invoice Administration:

• Own invoice administration for the whole organization: creating, submitting, tracking, and following up on invoices across departments.
• Serve as the accountable owner for non-revenue-share invoices, following each one from goods sold to invoice paid.

Product & Shipping Diligence:

• Run product diligence: specs, quality, compliance before goods go into production.
• Run shipping diligence: tracking, timelines, delivery confirmation — to keep supply-only and VIP orders on schedule.

Cross-Team Support:

• Support the New Business & Strategy team and Account Management team with administrative and operational work, so each can stay focused on prospecting and account growth.

Who you are:

• Highly organized and detail-oriented — comfortable owning diligence and invoicing work where small mistakes have real financial consequences.
• Strong follow-through; can track many open items — invoices, shipments, deals — at once without dropping any.
• Clear communicator, comfortable coordinating across New Business, Account Management, and outside vendors/production partners.
• Naturally curious about the strategy and account-management sides of the business, not just execution.
• Proficity with google sheets, excel, and Asana

The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
