你将负责 1、面向客户参与并推动AI原生组织转型项目，理解客户的战略目标、业务现状与转型挑战。 2、围绕战略落地，协助客户将方向转化为重点行动、实施路径与阶段性成果。 3、推动关键业务流程梳理与重塑，探索AI融入工作流程、提升协作与运营效率的可行方式。 4、参与组织设计与人机协作机制优化，协助厘清岗位职责、协作关系和能力要求。 5、将AI技术与组织、流程和业务场景结合，形成可讨论、可验证、可迭代的解决方案。 6、与客户及项目团队紧密协作，推动共识形成、方案实施和转型效果复盘。

我们期待你 1、具备 6–8年流程咨询或人力资源咨询相关经验，有企业转型、组织发展或流程优化项目经历更佳。 2、具备 2年及以上甲方企业人力资源工作经验，理解企业内部的人才、组织与业务协作。 3、对AI行业及AI技术应用有基本认知，愿意持续学习并跟进技术发展。 4、有将AI工具应用于自身工作的实践，能够分享具体的使用场景、方法或经验。 5、对AI如何影响组织形态、人机协作和工作方式有自己的观察与思考。 6、善于分析问题、结构化表达并推动协作，能在客户场景中把复杂问题拆解为清晰的工作路径。 7、认同探索与实践并重：既保持好奇，也愿意通过真实项目验证想法、持续迭代。
