1、内容政策与标准建设：制定并持续优化哈萨克斯坦地区内容安全政策，建立覆盖哈语、俄语内容的审核规范、风险分类体系、案例库与判例标准； 2、多领域风险治理：负责政治敏感、国家安全、民族宗教、暴力恐怖、仇恨言论、虚假信息、色情及未成年人保护、网络欺凌、AIGC 风险等十余个专项的审核政策制定与策略优化； 3、AI 内容安全建设：将审核经验转化为 AI 可执行的规则，制定训练数据标注规范与质量标准，参与大语言模型内容安全策略建设，与算法团队协同提升模型识别能力； 4、政策研究与风险监测：追踪哈萨克斯坦法律法规、监管政策及重大社会事件，监测舆情与新型违规内容，及时输出风险评估报告与政策更新建议； 5、审核体系搭建：建设审核流程、质量标准和一致性规范，建立培训体系并组织政策培训与案例复盘，为各团队提供专业支持； 6、跨团队协作：与 AI 算法、大模型、产品、风控、法务合规、数据标注及国际业务团队密切合作，推动平台 Trust & Safety 能力建设。

1、行业经验：5 年以上互联网内容安全、内容政策或内容审核相关经验，具备内容审核政策制定、标准建设或平台治理实战背景； 2、地域与文化理解：深刻理解哈萨克斯坦当地政治制度、法律法规、民族宗教、社会热点、网络流行文化及隐晦表达，熟悉本地互联网生态与主流社交媒体平台； 3、专业能力：能独立完成内容政策编写、风险分类体系设计、案例库建设、审核质量标准制定、AI 审核规则设计、标注规范撰写及政策培训； 4、语言能力：哈萨克语流利（母语或接近母语），中文能作为工作语言，俄语、英语能力为加分项。
