1. 系统架构与核心编码 - 负责核心业务系统的架构设计、技术选型与核心模块代码编写，确保系统具备高可用、高并发、可扩展性。 - 深入理解业务需求，完成技术方案设计，输出高质量设计文档，主导技术评审。 - 推动系统重构与技术升级，持续优化系统性能，解决线上疑难瓶颈问题。 2. 研发效能与团队牵引 - 指导初中级工程师完成开发任务，主持代码评审（Code Review），保障代码质量和团队规范落地。 - 推动基础设施完善，包括公共组件/中间件开发、CI/CD 流水线优化、开发框架维护。 - 带领团队攻克复杂技术难题，保障系统稳定性 SLA。 3. 业务协同与技术创新 - 与产品、前端、运维等团队紧密协作，深度参与需求评审，提供合理的技术实现方案。 - 主动挖掘业务场景中的优化点，引入合适的新技术（如高性能计算、AI 能力）驱动业务创新。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业硕士优先； 2、5 年以上后端开发经验，至少 2 年承担系统架构设计或技术团队指导工作； 3、Rust、C++、Go、Python 等至少精通一种主流后端语言，深入理解其运行时机制（如 Rust所有权/借用检查、GMP、Python GIL 等）； 4、能独立完成中大型业务模块的概要设计、接口契约设计、数据库 ER 设计，有领域驱动设计（DDD）或整洁架构实践经验者加分。
