  • 从玩家心理与留存视角评审并优化核心体验（反馈强度、节奏曲线、奖励展示、关键时刻演出、挫败控制等），提出可落地的改进方案；
  • 将“爽感/刺激/耐玩/不疲劳”等主观体感拆解为可量化指标，如触发频率、间隔分布、奖励分布含尾部、连击长度、空窗期、波动区间等；
  • 对行业头部产品的深度拆解与定量分析，通过海量业务数据与表现特征，推导核心数学模型与概率分布；
  • 建立并维护数值自动验收与回归体系：版本迭代时自动校验关键体验指标不被破坏，沉淀可复用的调参脚本与报告模板；
  • 使用AI提升数值调优效率与效果：结合历史对局/事件日志与关键体验指标，探索并落地机器学习/强化学习/多臂老虎机（Bandit）等方法；
  • 构建“AI调优闭环”：定义训练数据与特征口径、离线评估与线上灰度策略，建立模型版本管理、回滚机制与安全阈值（体验指标/风险指标）；
  • 参与线上验证与迭代：结合埋点与A/B测试结果定位流失点，与用户画像结合，持续优化体验与参数，并推动配置化/热更新落地。
  • 熟练使用 Python 和 Pandas（数据分析/仿真/分析/调参脚本）；熟练使用 Golang 或 Typescript （工程实现），具备良好的代码习惯（可复现、可维护、版本管理/Git）；
  • 本科及以上学历，游戏设计、计算机、数学、统计学、数据科学或相关专业优先；
  • 3年以上休闲/F2P游戏玩法策划/系统策划/数值策划经验，具备明确的“体验优化→指标改善”案例；
  • 体验敏感度强：理解玩家动机与反馈机制，能清晰解释“为什么这个玩法/节奏会影响留存”，并能落到具体改动点；
  • 数学统计基础扎实：概率、分布、抽样误差/置信区间等；能用数据解释体验差异（不止看均值）；
  • 了解并能实际落地至少一种参数搜索/优化方法（如随机/网格搜索、进化策略、贝叶斯优化、多目标优化等），能读懂并解释优化结果与风险。
