1、融资策略与规划：根据公司战略目标，制定并执行融资计划； 2、融资全流程执行： 1）负责寻找、筛选并接洽潜在投资者、金融机构及合作伙伴； 2）组织尽职调查、商务谈判，推动融资项目落地； 3）完成融资材料的筹备（BP、财务报表、商业计划书等），确保信息准确合规。 3、资方渠道开发与维护：拓展并维护银行、券商、信托、融资租赁、担保公司、VC/PE、产业投资基金、政府产业引导基金等各类资金方资源； 4、风险管理与合规：监控融资过程中的法律、财务及政策风险，制定应对方案； 5、团队协作与跨部门沟通：协同法务、财务、市场等部门，推进融资相关工作的顺利实施； 6、其他工作：定期汇报融资进度、资金状况、资本市场动态，出具融资分析报告。

1、教育背景：金融、经济、财务、法律等相关专业本科及以上学历，硕士优先； 2、工作经验： 1）3年以上融资相关工作经验，具备成熟的债权+股权融资实操案例，有实体企业、科创企业、制造业融资经验优先； 2）熟悉资本市场规则及融资流程，具备丰富的投资者资源或金融机构人脉资源。 3、专业能力： 1）精通各类融资产品及资本市场规则，熟悉银行授信、股权投融资、融资租赁、供应链金融等业务流程； 2）具备扎实的财务分析能力，能看懂财务报表、测算融资成本，独立撰写商业计划书、融资方案； 3）拥有丰富的资方资源（银行、私募、产业基金等），有现成优质渠道者优先； 4）具备优秀的商务谈判、公关协调能力，善于把控谈判节奏，争取最优融资条件。
