岗位描述 我们正在构建面向企业场景的 Agentic Decision AI 产品。AI 不再只是被动回答问题的工具，而是能够理解业务目标、分析复杂信息、提出决策建议、规划行动路径，并与人协同完成任务的智能伙伴。 这个岗位希望你不仅能完成高质量的产品体验设计，更能参与定义下一代企业 AI 产品中的人机协同范式：人在什么时候信任 AI，什么时候介入 AI，如何理解 AI 的判断，如何修正 AI 的偏差，以及如何在企业场景下建立可控、可信、可追溯的智能决策体验。

职位描述 1、负责 Agentic AI 产品的端到端体验设计，覆盖场景理解、业务流程梳理、信息架构、交互模型、原型设计、视觉表达、设计规范及研发落地； 2、探索企业场景下新型人机协同交互范式，设计 AI 从“工具”转变为“分析者、建议者、协作者和执行代理”后的产品体验； 设计可信、可解释、可控的 AI 体验机制，包括证据呈现、推理过程解释、置信度表达、风险提示、方案对比、人工确认、反馈校正与决策追溯； 3、设计 AI Agent 在任务理解、计划生成、工具调用、过程追踪、结果交付、异常处理和人工接管等关键环节中的交互体验，确保 AI 的主动性既高效又可控； 深入理解企业用户在复杂决策、跨角色协作、数据分析、业务判断和流程执行中的真实需求，将复杂业务问题转化为清晰、高效、可扩展的产品体验； 4、与产品、算法、工程、业务及客户团队紧密协作，参与定义 AI 能力边界、业务规则、信任机制、异常兜底、权限责任和产品迭代方向； 5、建立并优化适用于企业级 AI 产品的设计语言、组件规范和交互模式，提升产品在复杂任务、数据呈现、多角色协作和智能决策场景下的一致性、专业性与可信度； 6、持续关注 Multi-Agent、Harness、Ontology、决策智能等前沿方向，并将观察和思考转化为可落地的设计方案。

1、具备 3 年以上产品设计经验，1年以上AI产品设计经验； 2、具备完整的产品设计能力，能够独立完成用户研究、场景分析、业务流程建模、信息架构、交互设计、高保真设计、设计系统建设及研发交付； 3、对 AI 时代的人机关系、企业协作方式和产品交互范式有持续观察和独立思考，能够提出具有前瞻性但可落地的设计概念； 4、理解 Agentic AI 产品的基本特征，能够围绕 AI 的目标理解、任务规划、工具调用、状态反馈、过程控制、人工接管和结果验证设计完整体验； 5、理解人与AI的信任问题，能够设计 AI 建议背后的依据、推理、假设、风险、不确定性和责任边界，让企业用户能够理解、验证并审慎采纳 AI 的判断； 6、具备较强的业务理解、逻辑抽象和系统化设计能力，能够在多角色、多权限、多流程、多数据源和高复杂度业务场景中提炼清晰、稳定、可扩展的产品模型； 7、具备良好的跨职能协作能力，能够与产品、算法、工程和业务团队共同拆解问题，并在用户体验、技术可行性、模型能力边界和商业目标之间做出合理权衡； 8、关注设计效果和业务结果，能够结合用户反馈、行为数据、任务完成率、决策采纳率、客户转化或使用效率等指标持续优化产品体验。 加分项 1、有 Multi-Agent Collaboration、数据运营与洞察产品设计经验； 2、对可解释 AI、可信 AI、人机协同、企业级权限与审计机制有自己的理解； 3、有从 0 到 1 设计复杂产品或新交互范式的经验，能够通过原型、概念设计或设计叙事推动团队对产品方向形成共识； 4、有设计系统、复杂组件库、人-人-机协作产品经验； 5、熟练掌握Vibe Coding能力，并有生产级设计Demo是加分项。

作品集要求 1、请在作品集中展示 1-2 个完整的产品设计案例。我们尤其关注你如何理解复杂业务场景、拆解用户任务、定义信息架构和交互模型，以及如何推动方案落地和验证设计效果； 2、如果有 AI 产品、Agent、数据分析、决策系统或新型人机交互探索相关案例，请重点展示。我们也希望看到你对 AI 产品设计的个人思考，而不仅是最终界面效果。
