1.政府平台公司对接：作为基地运营核心接口，负责与政府平台公司基地业务负责人建立常态化沟通机制。同时对于政府平台公司侧的临时性要求能够及时响应； 2.年度运营指标达成：承接并完成基地年度运营指标。负责分解并执行基地年度运营计划，通过精细化管理和主动服务，确保企业入驻率、资产运营效率、供应商达标率等核心指标按期完成。 3.供应商全生命周期管理：负责基地运营服务供应商的对接，按照建立的供应商服务 KPI 考核标准，确保基地的人工智能培训、智能企业招商入驻、标注业务等相关业务的落地。 4.运营服务督导：按照周、月度、季度与服务方伙伴对各项运营指标的实现进展进行总结，针对供应商服务偏差进行即时督导与整改，提升运营指标达成的健康度 。 5.政企客户接待：负责重要政府、企业客户的接待工作。包括展厅讲解、基地基本情况、运营进展、核心政策的介绍等工作。 6.政企业务拓展与场景开发：挖掘内江当地政府在政务大模型、城市大脑、公共数据治理及“人工智能+”领域的项目需求与合作机会；积极建立内江市主导产业灯塔企业以及基地引入的大中型企业、规上工业企业的深度合作关系，推动人工智能赋能项目的合作开发与实际业务落地 。

1.学历背景：统招本科及以上学历，工商管理、项目管理或工程类相关专业。 2.从业背景：具有 3 年以上人工智能产业基地、国家级高新区科技园或大型数字化产业园的实际运营管理经验。 3.核心能力：熟悉产业园运营的 SOP 流程，具备成熟的供应商筛选、谈判与督导经验，能够精准理解并执行政府平台公司的管理诉求 。 4.职业素养：具备极强的计划执行力与沟通协调能力，能对复杂的运营指标进行拆解并保障落地。 5.具备如下条件，可优先考虑： （1）在内江当地工作或居住者优先。 （2）在内江本地拥有成熟的商务配套资源，或曾与当地政府平台公司、各部委有深度运营合作经验者优先 。 （3）熟悉内江电子信息、智能制造等主导产业布局，拥有成熟企业客户资源者优先 。
