The posting

Медицинская сестра выездной паллиативной службы исполняет следующие обязанности: 3.1. Осуществляет осмотр пациента, оценку общего состояния пациента, ведение динамики, проверку выполнения назначений врача. 3.2. Оказывает доврачебную медицинскую помощь, осуществляет забор биологических материалов для лабораторных исследований. 3.3. Осуществляет уход за пациентами на дому, в том числе санитарно-гигиенические процедуры, обработку стом, замену зондов и катетеров, перевязки и т. д. 3.4. Проводит перевязку и лечение пролежней. 3.5. Своевременно и точно выполняет назначения лечащего врача; в случае невыполнения назначений, независимо от причины, немедленно докладывает об этом лечащему врачу. 3.5. При подозрении или обнаружении у пациента признаков инфекционного заболевания немедленно сообщает об этом лечащему врачу, по его распоряжению изолирует пациента и проводит текущую дезинфекцию. 3.7. В случае изменений в состоянии пациента, требующих срочных мер, ставит в известность заведующего или врача выездной службы, а в отсутствии врачей немедленно вызывает скорую помощь или дежурного врача, оказывает экстренную доврачебную помощь. 3.8. Осуществляет учет, хранение, использование лекарственных средств, наркотических лекарственных препаратов, психотропных средств, медицинских изделий, дезинфицирующих средств, расходных материалов. 3.9. Ведет медицинскую документацию. 3.10. Проводит санитарно-просветительную работу среди больных и их родственников. 3.11. Осуществляет сбор и утилизацию медицинских отходов. 3.12. Осуществляет мероприятия по соблюдению санитарно-гигиенического режима, правил асептики и антисептики, условий стерилизации инструментов и материалов, предупреждению постинъекционных осложнений, гепатита, ВИЧ-инфекции. 3.13. Отчитывается о проделанной работе за предыдущий день на ежедневной утренней конференции. 3.14. Соблюдает медицинскую этику и деонтологию, врачебную тайну. 3.15. Повышает свою профессиональную квалификацию путем посещения научно-практических конференций для среднего медицинского персонала. 3.16. Соблюдает правила внутреннего трудового распорядка. 3.17. Соблюдает требования по охране труда.
