Учитель-дефектолог отвечает за коррекцию отклонений в развитии учащихся и работу с детьми с ограниченными возможностями здоровья. Основные обязанности учителя-дефектолога Выявление и обследование учащихся: Учитель-дефектолог проводит диагностику и определяет уровень развития детей с отклонениями, а также структуру и степень выраженности имеющихся нарушений. Коррекционно-развивающая работа: Проводит групповые и индивидуальные занятия, направленные на коррекцию недостатков в развитии, восстановление нарушенных функций и развитие навыков. Консультирование: Оказывает методическую помощь родителям и педагогам по применению специальных методов и приемов работы с детьми, имеющими отклонения в развитии. Составление групп: Комплектует группы для занятий с учетом психофизического состояния обучающихся. Документация: Ведет необходимую документацию, связанную с образовательным процессом и результатами работы с детьми. Сотрудничество с другими педагогами: Работает в тесном контакте с учителями и воспитателями, посещает занятия и уроки для координации образовательного процесса. Повышение квалификации: Участвует в методических объединениях и других формах методической работы, систематически повышает свою профессиональную квалификацию.

Для соискателя на должность учителя-дефектолога, необходимо: Обладать высшим профессиональным образованием в области дефектологии. Проходить обязательные медицинские осмотры. Не иметь ограничений на занятия педагогической деятельностью. Знать основные нормативные и методические документы, регулирующие образовательную деятельность. Уметь применять современные методы и приемы коррекционной помощи детям с ограниченными возможностями здоровья.
