The posting

1.Проводит первичный осмотр поступающих в приемное отделение пациентов, назначает им диагностические методы исследования, лечебные мероприятия, оперирует всех пациентов с экстренной хирургической патологией. 2.В отсутствие лечащего врача, врач-хирург (экстренной помощи) оказывает медицинскую помощь больным, находящимся на излечении в отделении и посещает больных по вызовам персонала отделения, а также тщательно следит за состоянием больных, которые по сообщениям лечащего врача нуждаются в особом наблюдении. Об изменениях в состоянии здоровья больных, а также о всех назначениях и манипуляциях врач-хирург (экстренной помощи) делает соответствующие записи в историю болезни больного. 3.Производит обход отделения в вечернее время. 4.Устанавливает факт смерти больных, умерших в отделении, делает об этом отметку в истории болезни умершего и дает распоряжение о выносе умершего из палаты согласно правилам хранения трупов. 5.Проводит динамическое наблюдение поступивших за дежурство пациентов, делая запись в дневнике через 2-6 часов.

высшее образование (специалитет по специальности "Лечебное дело" или "Педиатрия") и подготовка в интернатуре и (или) в ординатуре по специальности "Хирургия" или высшее образование (специалитет по специальности "Лечебное дело" или "Педиатрия") и освоение программы ординатуры по специальности "Хирургия" в части профессиональных компетенций, соответствующих обобщенной трудовой функции кода В профессионального стандарта "Врач-хирург", без предъявления требований к опыту практической работы. Особые условия допуска к работе: - сертификат специалиста или свидетельство об аккредитации специалиста по специальности "Хирургия";
