Руководит работой паспортиста, администратора учебного корпуса, гардеробщика, обслуживающего персонала учебного корпуса и общежития. Организует уборку и контролирует соблюдение санитарно-гигиенических норм помещений и мест общего пользования учебного корпуса и общежития. Составляет график работы паспортиста, гардеробщика, администратора и обслуживающего персонала. Ведет табель учета рабочего времени паспортиста, гардеробщика, администратора и обслуживающего персонала. Проводит производственные планерки с сотрудниками, находящимися в подразделении Комендантская служба . Следит за исправной работой электросети, водопровода, канализации, пожарной сигнализации и другого оборудования учебного корпуса и общежитий. Обеспечивает выдачу и прием инвентаря и другого необходимого оборудования. Ведет учет наличия имеющегося имущества и инвентаря, производит периодически его осмотр, обеспечивает его сохранность. Организует своевременный ремонт дверей, замков, окон, мебели и другого имущества Училища. Обеспечивает сохранность и содержание в исправном состоянии имущества, находящегося в ведении коменданта. Ведет учет наличия имущества, производит периодический его осмотр, составляет акты на списание. Контролирует выполнение санитарных требований и правил противопожарной безопасности. Ведет журнал санитарного состояния помещений учебного корпуса и общежития. Отвечает за наличие ключей от комнат общежитий, служебных помещений (рабочие кабинеты, учебные аудитории, спортивные и актовый залы), запасных выходов. Составляет заявки на обеспечение обслуживающего персонала необходимыми инструментами, инвентарем, средствами защиты.
