Заключение договоров на техническое обслуживание инженерного оборудования жилищного фонда специализированными организациями. Составление штатного расписания по всем категориям работающих Общества с учетом систем нормирования труда на основе типовых норм труда для однородных работ. Контролировать составление и предоставление в Территориальный орган Федеральной службы государственной статистики статистический отчет "Сведения о закупочной деятельности" по форме 1-закупки (полугодовая, годовая). Проведение экономического анализа хозяйственной деятельности Общества и ее структурных подразделений, выявление резервов и разработку мер по обеспечению режима экономии, повышению производительности труда. Разработку плана финансово-хозяйственной деятельности Общества на основе экономических обоснований плановых показателей и контроль за его исполнением. Осуществлять контроль за регистрацией договоров с подрядными организациями, путем ведения реестров учета в электронном виде. Участвовать в составлении перспективных и годовых планов. Участвовать в работе по подготовке договоров для тендерных торгов по отбору подрядных организаций на конкурсной основе. Проводить анализ и составлять движение численности персонала. Выполнять анализ и обобщение результатов выполнения работ по заключению всех видов договоров, а также вести аналитический сводный отчёт по срокам действия, окончания и заключения новых договоров.

Знание законодательных актов, постановлений, распоряжений и нормативных материалов по планированию, учету и анализу деятельности организации; Опыт работы с системой нормирования труда на основе типовых норм труда для однородных работ (межотраслевых, отраслевых и иных норм труда) включая нормы времени, нормы выработки, нормативами численности. Опыт разработки нормативов материальных, трудовых и финансовых затрат; Опыт разработки перспективных и годовых планов хозяйственно-финансовой и производственной деятельности;
