1.1. Участвовать в разработке рабочей программы воспитания и календарного плана воспитательной работы Организации, обеспечивать их согласованность с федеральной рабочей программой воспитания и стратегическими документами в сфере воспитания. 1.2. Координировать реализацию мероприятий календарного плана воспитательной работы, обеспечивать участие обучающихся во всероссийских, региональных и муниципальных проектах и акциях в сфере воспитания. 1.3. Организовывать проведение еженедельных внеурочных занятий Разговоры о важном и церемоний поднятия (спуска) Государственного флага Российской Федерации, исполнения Государственного гимна Российской Федерации. 1.4. Анализировать состояние воспитательной работы в Организации, готовить предложения директору о её совершенствовании. Взаимодействие с детскими общественными объединениями. 1.5. Содействовать развитию ученического самоуправления, деятельности школьных медиа, школьного театра, школьного музея, школьного спортивного клуба, добровольческого (волонтёрского) объединения. 1.6. Организовывать участие обучающихся в мероприятиях и проектах детских общественных объединений, содействовать выявлению и поддержке детских инициатив. 1.7. Взаимодействовать с региональными и муниципальными отделениями детских общественных объединений, органами по делам молодёжи, социальными партнёрами. 1.8. Методическая работа и сопровождение педагогов 1.9. Оказывать методическую и организационную помощь классным руководителям, педагогам-организаторам, старшему вожатому в реализации рабочей программы воспитания. 1.11. Участвовать в работе педагогического совета, методического объединения классных руководителей, в проведении обучающих мероприятий для педагогических работников по вопросам воспитания. 1.12. Информировать обучающихся, родителей (законных представителей) и педагогических работников о возможностях участия в проектах и программах в сфере воспитания. Ведение документации и отчётность 1.13. Вести документацию по формам, установленным локальными нормативными актами Организации и методическими рекомендациями: план работы, отчёты о реализации мероприятий, аналитический отчёт за учебный год. 1.14. Представлять сведения о реализации мероприятий в сфере воспитания в порядке и сроки, установленные учредителем Организации.
