The posting

- выполняет работу по организации производства труда; - разрабатывает методические и нормативные документы по охране труда, для работников учреждения, а также вносит предложения и организует мероприятия по ОТ; - участвует в проведении мероприятий, связанных с испытанием оборудования и внедрения его в эксплуатацию, в выполнении работ по стандартизации технических средств, систем, оборудования, материалов, рассмотрении технической документации; - изучает и анализирует техническую информацию, технические данные, показатели и результаты работы по ОТ, обобщает, систематизирует их, используя современные технические средства; - составляет инструкции, пояснительные записки, разрабатывает схемы и др. техдокументацию по ОТ; - регулярно отправляет отчетную документацию по ОТ в вышестоящие организации, согласно утвержденным формам, в соответствии с установленными сроками; - осуществляет экспертизу технического состояния зданий учреждения, оборудования и инвентаря, контролирует состояние и условия их эксплуатации; - следит за соблюдением установленных требований, действующих норм, правил и стандартов; - организует работу по повышению знаний работников в области охраны труда; - руководствуется уставом, приказами и указаниями образовательного учреждения, основными нормативно-методическими документами, регламентирующими деятельность образовательного учреждения, правилами внутреннего трудового распорядка образовательного учреждения.

Специалист по ОТ должен знать: - постановления, распоряжения, приказы, другие руководящие и нормативные документы вышестоящих органов, касающихся выполнения работы; - перспективы технического развития и особенностей деятельности учреждения; - принцип работы, технические характеристики, конструктивные особенности разрабатываемых и используемых технических средств, материалов и их свойств; - методы исследования, правила и условия выполнения работ; - основные требования, предъявляемые к технической документации, материалам, изделиям; - действующие стандарты, технические условия, положения и инструкции по составлению и оформлению методической документации; - методы проведения технических расчетов и определения экономической эффективности исследований и разработок; - основы экономики, организации труда и управления; - законодательство по охране труда РФ; - правила внутреннего трудового распорядка; - правила и нормы охраны труда, производственной санитарии и противопожарной защиты.
