Оценка и планирование. Собирать жалобы и анамнез (жизни, заболевания, социальный и профессиональный) у пациентов (или их законных представителей). Проводить физикальное обследование, оценивать ограничения двигательных функций и влияние факторов среды. На основе этого формулировать реабилитационный диагноз (в том числе с опорой на МКФ), определять реабилитационный потенциал, ставить цели и разрабатывать индивидуальную программу медицинской реабилитации. Проведение занятий. Реализовывать программу: подбирать и проводить комплексы лечебной физкультуры, элементы медицинского массажа, другие физические методы. Обучать пациентов правильной технике выполнения упражнений, контролировать выполнение, при необходимости корректировать нагрузку. Также в эту группу входит обучение пациентов (и их близких) самостоятельному применению методов (например, самомассажа), пользованию ортезами или протезами. Контроль и коррекция. Оценивать эффективность и безопасность проводимых мероприятий. Отслеживать динамику восстановления и при необходимости вносить изменения в план. Взаимодействие. Участвовать в мультидисциплинарных обсуждениях: обсуждать случай с врачами других специальностей, логопедами, медицинскими психологами и другими членами бригады для комплексного подхода. При необходимости направлять пациента на дополнительные консультации или инструментальные исследования. Работа с документацией. Вести медицинскую документацию: фиксировать планы, результаты обследований, динамику, отчёты о проделанной работе. Профилактика и просвещение. Проводить с пациентами беседы по формированию здорового образа жизни, давать рекомендации по профилактике осложнений.

- Высшее образование (бакалавриат или специалитет) по направлению Физическая культура для лиц с отклонениями в состоянии здоровья (адаптивная физическая культура) или Физическая культура и профессиональная переподготовка по специальности Физическая реабилитация (физическая терапия) или высшее медицинское образование (например, Лечебное дело, Педиатрия ) и ординатура по специальности Физическая и реабилитационная медицина . - Аккредитация по специальности Физическая реабилитация .
