Обязанности: выполнение целевых показателей роста, заложенных в плане стратегического развития компании; поиск, привлечение новых и потенциальных клиентов, удержание существующих, повышение качества обслуживания; активное участие в цикле продаж, от первого контакта с клиентом до заключения договора с последующим сбором обратной связи по выполненным работам; организация мероприятий для корейских клиентов в офлайн и онлайн форматах по продуктам компании, а также по изменениям, происходящим в налоговом законодательстве РФ, затрагивающих деятельность корейских компаний. Организация маркетинговых кампаний в сегменте консалтингового бизнеса

Клиентский сегмент - корейские компании. корейский язык: устный и письменный - свободное владение, уровень 6 гып (C2) (деловая переписка, перевод документов и переговоров, устная и письменная коммуникация с корейскими клиентами); английский язык: от С1; опыт работы с корейскими клиентами от 5 лет, знание корейского делового этикета и культурных особенностей; опыт в налоговом консультировании от 7 лет, управление полным циклом проекта от коммерческого предложения до предоставления финального продукта клиенту; уверенное знание 23 главы НК РФ и правил применения соглашений об избежании двойного налогообложения; опыт проверки деклараций 3-НДФЛ и выступления на семинарах; общее представление о российском миграционном и трудовом законодательстве; умение строить отношения с клиентами и управлять ими; опыт продаж комплексных консалтинговых проектов; умение эффективно организовать сбор и анализ данных клиентов, осуществлять координацию между клиентом и внутренними подразделениями компании, контроль сроков выполнения проектов; знание текущего положения дел корейских компаний на рынке РФ.
