1. Обеспечивать надлежащий уровень специального предоперационного обследования пациентам, проведение общего обезболивания и оказания реанимационной помощи нуждающимся пациентам. 2. Назначать вид обезболивания с учетом состояния пациента, особенностей оперативного вмешательства или специального метода исследования. При затруднениях в выборе метода обезболивания консультироваться с заведующим отделением. 3. Заполнять истории болезни в соответствии в соответствии с установленным порядком ведения медицинской документации. 4. Своевременно давать заведующему отделением оперативную информацию об изменениях обстановки на рабочем месте (операционная, палата реанимации и интенсивной терапии и т.д.). 5.Контролировать соблюдение санитарно эпидемиологического режима и техники безопасности на своем рабочем месте. 6.Контролировать хранение, учет наркотических, психотропных и сильнодействующих лекарственных средств, используемых для проведения общего обезболивания и интенсивной терапии. 7.Проверят правильность и своевременность выполнения средним и младшим медицинским персоналом назначений и указаний по лечению пациентов и уходу за ними. Контролировать качество ведения медицинской документации (анестезиологическая карта, реанимационная карта) подчиненным ему персоналом. 8. В отсутствие заведующего отделением принимать участие в приеме смены дежурным медицинским персоналом, сообщать заступающей на дежурство смене о состоянии вновь поступивших пациентов, о проводимой им терапии. 9. Участвовать в проведении занятий по повышению квалификации среднего и младшего персонала. 10. Дежурить по больнице в вечернее и ночное время, в выходные и праздничные дни, согласно графику, утвержденному главным врачом. 11.Систематически повышать свою квалификацию путем активного участия в общебольничных конференциях, больничных Советах, клинических разборах пациентов, семинарах. 12. Соблюдать правила внутреннего трудового распорядка и следит за его соблюдением средним и младшим медицинским персоналом отделения. 13. Соблюдать правила и принципы врачебной этики и медицинской деонтологии. Врач- анестезиолог реаниматолог несет ответственность за нечеткое или несвоевременное выполнение обязанностей, предусмотренных настоящей инструкцией и правилами внутреннего трудового распорядка больницы; за бездействие и непринятие решений, входящих в сферу его компетенции.
