1. Знакомится с направлением больного и сопровождает его в отделение. 2. Выслушивает жалобы больных, самостоятельно обратившихся в больницу и направляет его к дежурному врачу. 3. Заполняет паспортную часть медицинской карты стационарного больного. Осматривает поступающих детей на педикулёз. Производит измерение температуры у больных. Выполняет процедуры и манипуляции, назначенные врачом. 4. Помогает больным во время осмотра врача. 5. Осуществляет по указанию врача вызов специалистов для консультаций и лаборантов в приемное отделение. 6. В случае задержки срочных консультаций извещает об этом дежурного врача приемного покоя для принятия соответствующих мер. 7. Своевременно передавать телефонограммы в отделение полиции, активные вызовы в поликлиники города, экстренные извещения в ЦГСЭН на инфекционные заболевания. 8. Следить за качеством санитарной обработки больных. 9. Осуществлять забор кала, мочи, рвотных масс и промывных вод для лабораторных исследований. 10. Своевременно проходить медосмотр. 11. Сопровождать больных в отделение. Историю болезни сдавать заведующему отделением. 12. При заступлении на дежурство принимать от сдающей смены медсестры мед. Оборудование, информацию о наличии мест в отделениях, анализы поступивших больных, чистоту объектов. 13. Следить за целостностью и сохранностью санитарно-хозяйственного инвентаря и оборудования приемного покоя. 14. Соблюдать требования санитарно-противоэпидемического режима. 15. Соблюдать нормы поведения, принципы медицинской деонтологии, правила внутреннего трудового распорядка. 16. Медицинская сестра приемного покоя не имеет право отказать больному в прием без предварительного осмотра дежурным врачом и его разрешения на отказ. В случае отказа информация сразу передается в поликлинику по месту жительства больного и делается запись в журнале приема о передаче и прием вызова. Медсестра не имеет право отказать в госпитализации или дать согласие на нее по телефону без ведома дежурного врача.
