1.2. Данная должностная инструкция дворника школы попрофстандарту устанавливает функциональные обязанности, права и ответственностьсотрудника, занимающего в общеобразовательной организации должность дворника.1.3. На должность дворника принимается лицо: не моложе 18 лет, имеющее основное общее образование и прошедшее краткосрочноеобучение или инструктаж; без предъявления требований к стажу работы; соответствующее требованиям, касающимся прохождения предварительного (припоступлении на работу) и периодических медицинских осмотров, внеочередныхмедицинских осмотров по направлению работодателя, профессиональнойгигиенической подготовки и аттестации (при приеме на работу и далее не реже 1 разав 2 года), вакцинации, а также имеющее личную медицинскую книжку с результатамимедицинских обследований и лабораторных исследований, сведениями о прививках,перенесенных инфекционных заболеваниях, о прохождении профессиональнойгигиенической подготовки и аттестации с допуском к работе; прошедшее инструктажи по охране труда и пожарной безопасности на рабочем месте; не имеющее ограничений на занятие трудовой деятельностью в сфере образования,изложенных в статье 351.1 Ограничения на занятие трудовой деятельностью в сфереобразования, воспитания, развития несовершеннолетних, организации их отдыха иоздоровления, медицинского обеспечения, социальной защиты и социальногообслуживания, в сфере детско-юношеского спорта, культуры и искусства с участиемнесовершеннолетних Трудового кодекса Российской Федерации.1.4. Дворник принимается на работу и увольняется директором школы в установленномдействующим трудовым законодательством порядке по представлению заместителядиректора по административно-хозяйственной части.1.5. Дворник школы подчиняется непосредственно заместителю директора поадминистративно-хозяйственной части.1.6. На период отпуска и временной нетрудоспособности дворника его обязанностимогут быть возложены на других сотрудников младшего обслуживающего персонала.Временное исполнение обязанностей в этих случаях осуществляется на основанииприказа директора школы, изданного с соблюдением требований законодательства отруде.1.7. В своей работе сотрудник руководствуется должностной инструкцией дворникашколы по профстандарту, постановлениями местных органов власти по вопросамсанитарии, благоустройства, внешнего содержания зданий и сооружений и охраныобщественного порядка; правилами уборки и безопасного использования моющих идезинфицирующих средств, правилами эксплуатации санитарно-техническогооборудования. Также, дворник руководствуется нормами СП 2.4.3648-20 Санитарноэпидемиологические требования к организациям воспитания и обучения, отдыха иоздоровления детей и молодежи, общими правилами и нормами охраны труда,производственной санитарии и пожарной безопасности, Уставом и Правиламивнутреннего трудового распорядка, локальными правовыми актами, приказами ираспоряжениями директора школы.
