The posting

Подготовка к вмешательству. Подготовка пациента (оценка состояния, измерение давления, пульса, уровня кислорода, подготовка венозного доступа, успокоение). Подготовка операционной и оборудования: проверка исправности наркозно-дыхательной аппаратуры (например, аппарата ИВЛ), мониторов, дозаторов лекарств, настройка параметров, сбор расходных материалов. Ассистирование врачу. Помощь анестезиологу-реаниматологу во время операции: введение препаратов для индукции наркоза, ассистирование при интубации трахеи, пункции вен, других манипуляциях. Мониторинг. Непрерывный контроль за состоянием пациента во время анестезии: отслеживание жизненно важных функций (дыхание, сердечная деятельность, уровень насыщения крови кислородом), оценка глубины анестезии. Послеоперационное наблюдение. Наблюдение за пациентом в палате пробуждения до стабилизации жизненно важных функций, постепенное выведение из наркоза. Сопровождение пациента при переводе в другое отделение. Обеспечение безопасности. Соблюдение правил асептики и антисептики, профилактика инфекционных осложнений. Контроль за правильным хранением, учётом и дозировкой лекарственных средств (в том числе наркотических и сильнодействующих). Утилизация медицинских отходов. Неотложные ситуации. Оказание доврачебной или базовой помощи при критических состояниях (например, проведение сердечно-лёгочной реанимации) до прихода врача. Документационная работа. Заполнение анестезиологических карт, учёт расхода лекарств, ведение другой медицинской документации (в том числе в электронном виде).

Образование. Среднее профессиональное по одной из специальностей: Сестринское дело, Лечебное дело или Акушерское дело . Дополнительная подготовка. После получения диплома нужно пройти профессиональную переподготовку по профилю Анестезиология и реаниматология (программа от 250 часов). Документы. Аккредитация по специальности Анестезиология-реаниматология . Личные качества. Высокая внимательность, ответственность, хладнокровие в стрессовых ситуациях, умение быстро принимать решения.
