На буфетчика возлагаются следующие должностные обязанности: Получение готовой пищи на пищеблоке, проверка ее по весу и счету. Осуществление подогрева пищи при необходимости. Производить раздачу пищи получателям социальных услуг в халате с маркировкой Для раздачи пищи и колпаке, согласно меню, назначенной диете и списка отделения на текущий день. Не менее трех раз в день производить мытье посуды, уборку буфетной и столовой, соблюдая санитарные требования. Систематическая уборка холодильников, тумбочек предназначенных для хранения продуктов получателей социальных услуг. Обеспечение санитарно-гигиенического содержания буфетной. Своевременное информирование руководства отделения о необходимости ремонта оборудования и инвентаря буфетной. Соблюдать сроки реализации пищевых продуктов. Срок раздачи готовых блюд не должен превышать 2 часов от момента приготовления. Регулярно проводить контроль содержимого пакетов с передачами получателям социальных услуг, сроки хранения продуктов, проверять сроки годности продуктов находящихся в холодильниках, предназначенных для хранения. Продукты получателей социальных услуг, находящиеся на хранении в холодильнике буфетной комнаты (или в холодильнике в коридоре) должны быть с указанием номера комнаты и фамилии, имени, отчества получателя социальных услуг. Ежедневно производить мытье прикроватных столиков, тумбочек и их дезинфекцию. Своевременно получать у кастелянши необходимый хозяйственный инвентарь, посуду, а также моющие и дезинфицирующие средства и обес печивать их правильное хранение и использование. Соблюдать требования, предъявляемые к маркировке емкостей, уборочного инвентаря. Соблюдать меры предосторожности при работе с дезинфицирующими средствами. Обеспечивать санитарно-гигиеническое содержание буфетной, проводить дезинфекцию посуды, ветоши, емкостей для уборок, мусоросборников, поддерживая их в опрятном, чистом виде. Пищевые отходы выносить после каждой раздачи пищи. Соблюдать правила сбора и транспортировки отходов согласно СанПин 2.1.3684-21. Систематически, по графику (не реже 2 раз в месяц) проводить генеральную уборку буфетной комнаты. Во время проведения уборки необходимо: а) тщательно мыть окна, рамы, батареи, стены, плинтуса; б) с применением дезинфицирующих средств мыть тумбочки, столы, стулья, двери и проемы, кафельные плитки, зеркала, раковины, холодильники и др. предметы твердого инвентаря. Немедленно сообщать кастелянше о замеченных неисправностях системы отопления, водоснабжения, канализации, электропроводки и т.д. Соблюдать и выполнять правила внутреннего трудового распорядка, техники безопасности, пожарной безопасности. Вежливо и внимательно выслушивать просьбы получателей социальных услуг, обеспечивать культуру обслуживания
